Seosan-dong Sihwa Alley was part of the Mokpo Humanities City Project, and for two years, residents and writers have inspired the alleyway of Seosan-dong, Mokpo's representative fishing village, and 10 poets in Mokpo made poems on Seosan-dong and created theme of Seosan-dong.
