Samhakdo Island, where three women who adored a young man died, became a crane, and the place where the crane fell and died became an island
A small bridge connecting the three islands is connected to a walking trail along the bridge and a beautiful night view to commemorate the late "Tears of Mokpo" singer Lee Nan-young
In Lee Nan-young Park, there is Lee Nan-young's arboretum, Korea's No. 1 arboretum, and there is a wide and pleasant green space and civic convenience facilities.
An arboretum is a nature-friendly funeral method by cremating dead remains and burying bone powder in the roots of trees. In 2006, the tomb of Mrs. Lee Nan-young, who was in Paju Park Cemetery in Gyeonggi-do, was relocated to Mokpo, and the remains were buried in Samhakdo Island, where the cremated remains were buried under a baekilhong tree born in the 20th year.
41 years after her death, she saddled herself with arboretum and built a memorial park.
The park, where Mrs. Lee Nan-young's soul lives and breathes, has become a tourist attraction in Mokpo, with a wide and pleasant green space and civic convenience facilities.

I thought Mokpo's tears were just a breakup song, but it's a song about the sorrow of losing the country to Japan.
If you see the development of Mokpo to Mr. Lee Nan-young, I think he will be happy and sing for you. Haha
