    Built in 1925, this building was the base of the anti-Japanese movement of young people in Mokpo during the Japanese occupation, and is a historic place to publish a magazine called "Joseon Youth." Since it was built by raising funds from all walks of life as a fundraising campaign to build the hall, each part was functionally processed without any special design elements.
